UDHAMPUR: The Constitution Day was celebrated today by DLSA Udhampur in the Conference Hall, District Court Complex. The program was held under the guidance and supervision of Virinder Singh Bhou, Principal District & Sessions Judge and Chairman DLSA and Sumati Sharma, Secretary DLSA. The participants included judicial officers of District Court, members of the Bar Association, lawyers, staff of District Court and PLVs of DLSA.

The program commenced with Virinder Singh Bhou reading the preamble of the Constitution, followed by a collective reading by all participants. In his address, Virinder Singh Bhou emphasized that every individual should fulfill his/her duties and responsibilities. He inspired the participants to work towards upholding the Constitution.

Kamlesh Pandit, Additional District and Sessions Judge Udhampur, delivered a speech on the significance of Constitution Day. The Bar President District Court also addressed the gathering, highlighting the importance of the Constitution.  Rekha Kapoor Nischal, Chief Judicial Magistrate shed light on the history and relevance of Constitution Day.  Constitution Day was also observed/celebrated at TLSCs Ramnagar, Majalta and Chenani.
