UDHAMPUR: A virtual meeting was held today at the Conference Hall of the District Court Complex Udhampur to discuss arrangements for the upcoming National Lok Adalat scheduled on December 13, 2025. The meeting was attended by LDM Bsnl, representatives from the banks, insurance companies, and their respective advocates.
The meeting was chaired by Virinder Singh Bhou, Principal District and Sessions Judge (Chairman DLSA) along with Kamlesh Pandit, Addl. District and Sessions Judge and Sumati Sharma, Secretary, DLSA.
The primary objective of the meeting was to review pending cases and discuss strategies for efficient case management and settlement of disputes through the Lok Adalat. The meeting focused on collaboration between the judiciary and financial institutions, underscoring the importance of mutual cooperation in resolving disputes.
