JAMMU: In a landmark move addressing the long-standing demand of the residents of Tehsil Kharah Balli in the Chhamb area, the Jammu and Kashmir Road Transport Corporation (JKRTC), on the instructions of the Minister for Transport Satish Sharma, today started a direct bus service connecting Baba Mei Mal Dev Sthan Dager to Jewel Chowk, Jammu. The initiative comes as a result of representations made by the people of this remote area, highlighting the lack of adequate transport facilities.
