DODA: In view of the upcoming review meeting on the National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS), Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr. Vinod Sharma, today chaired a virtual meeting to assess the preparedness and progress of health facilities in the district. The meeting was attended by all Block Medical Officers (BMOs), Incharges of the health facilities and members of the District Quality Assurance Unit (DQAU).

During the meeting, the CMO reviewed the block-wise progress under the NQAS programme and took feedback regarding the status of assessments and preparedness of health facilities.

Dr. Vinod Sharma directed the BMOs to ensure that all pending health facilities complete and upload their assessments on the designated Saqsham portal by Monday, without fail. He stressed the need for timely completion of all pending activities and maintaining proper documentation to ensure effective preparedness for the upcoming NQAS review.

The CMO also called upon the concerned officers and officials to work in close coordination with the DQAU and ensure that all quality related requirements are addressed within the stipulated timeline.
