GANDERBAL: As part of ongoing security preparedness for SANJY-2026, J&K Police, in coordination with the Army, and CRPF, conducted a joint mock drill based on a simulated grenade-lobbing incident at the Cut-Off Point Manigam.

The exercise assessed the operational readiness and coordinated response of the participating forces, focusing on area domination, civilian evacuation, casualty management, communication, and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

The drill demonstrated strong inter-agency coordination and reinforced the commitment of all participating forces to maintaining the highest level of preparedness for ensuring public safety and responding effectively to any emergency situation.
