REASI: Deputy Commissioner Reasi Kumar Abhishek today chaired a review meeting to assess preparations for Census-2027, with special focus on ensuring smooth and comprehensive enumeration in the snow-bound areas of the district.

The DC reviewed the roadmap and preparatory arrangements for conducting the Census and stressed the need for meticulous planning to ensure accurate, timely and comprehensive enumeration across the district.

He directed the concerned Tehsildars to complete all preparatory activities well in advance and ensure that necessary logistical, administrative and manpower arrangements are put in place for the smooth conduct of the Census. He directed the officers to ensure that no person  is left out of the enumeration process. Meeting was attended by ADC Rakesh Kumar, CPO Narinder Kumar and other concerned officials.
