JAMMU: Director Horticulture Jammu Gul Sayed today flagged off an Exposure Visit of farmers and orchardists from Samba to Punjab Agricultural University Ludhiana. The visit has been organized under the MIDH/ATMA scheme for the year 2025-26.
The programme was held in the presence of Chief Horticulture Officer Anil Gorkha; DLSMS Raivati Raman Sharma; HDO Varinder Sharma along with technical staff.
The exposure visit aims to enhance the technical knowledge of farmers and orchardists by providing firsthand experience of advanced horticultural practices and techniques being adopted outside the Union Territory.
