DODA: Child Helpline Doda organized an impactful awareness event here at ANMT School to educate students about legal safeguards against child marriage and protection of child rights. The event was hosted under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner, Harvinder Singh and supervision of District Social Welfare Officer, Zubair Ahmad.
The visiting team sensitized students and staff to the harmful consequences of child marriage, existing legal safeguards and the significance of reporting such cases. The team also highlighted the vital role of Child Helpline 1098 as a 24x7 support service for children in distress.
The program aimed to empower students with knowledge about their rights, foster awareness and encourage active community participation in protecting children from exploitation and abuse.
