RAMBAN: The State Bank of India Rural Self Employment Training Institute (SBI RSETI) Ramban concluded its General Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) today with a valedictory function held at the institute premises. A group of 13 pass out trainees were awarded certificates.
The programme aimed at equipping rural youth with essential entrepreneurial and employability skills, enabling them to take informed steps towards self-employment and sustainable livelihoods. The trainees learnt about time management, entrepreneurial competencies, project report preparation and problem-solving skills.
The valedictory function was graced by the RSETI Director, S. Harvinder Singh. He congratulated the trainees on the successful completion of the programme. He encouraged the trainees to utilize the skills acquired during the training to establish their own ventures and contribute to local economic development.
The faculty members of the institute highlighted the objectives and learning outcomes of the programme, stating that the training was designed to build confidence, enhance decision-making abilities and promote entrepreneurial thinking among rural youth.
The programme concluded with the distribution of certificates and a vote of thanks, reaffirming SBI RSETI Ramban’s commitment to promoting entrepreneurship, self-employment and inclusive rural development in the district.
