POONCH: The Constitution Day (Samvidhan Diwas) was celebrated with great fervor in Poonch. The District administration organized a solemn Pledge-Taking Ceremony in the conference hall. Deputy Commissioner Ashok Kumar Sharma, other officers and staff members participated. The participants reaffirmed their commitment to uphold the values enshrined in the Constitution.
