RAJOURI: District Collector Rajouri Abhishek Sharma today chaired a review meeting at Dak Bungalow Sunderbani to assess the status of Village Thandapani, which falls under the alignment of the upcoming Akhnoor Road being executed by GREF.
During the meeting, the DC emphasized the need to expedite the pace of work and ensure that all issues related to alignment, land availability and coordination between departments are resolved at the earliest. He directed officers to maintain seamless inter-departmental coordination to avoid delays in the project, which holds significant importance for improving road connectivity in the region.
DC Abhishek Sharma reiterated that the administration is committed to provide all necessary support for timely completion of the project. He stressed that bottlenecks, if any, must be identified and addressed promptly through regular monitoring and follow-up. The meeting was attended by ADC Sunderbani, Ramkesh Sharma, Officer Commanding 57 RCC (GREF) C/o 56 APO, Tehsildar Sunderbani and other concerned officers.
