KUPWARA: Assistant Commissioner Development (ACD), Arshad Qadir Bhat today visited the remote and border village Jumagund of Block Qadirabad, District Kupwara, to review the status of developmental works being executed under various RDD schemes. During the visit, the ACD interacted with local residents and discussed several issues concerning the development and welfare of the area.
