JAMMU: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Kashmir Displaced District organized a Tridev Sammelan at Roop Nagar, Jammu. The event was graced by the presence of several prominent leaders, including BJP Vice-President Assem Gupta, Ex MLC Ajey Bharti, District President Chand Jee Bhat, and Vice President Chetan Wanchoo. The stage secretary for the event was General Secretary H K Razdan, while the event commenced with the recitation of "Sharda Vandana" by General Secretary Moti Lal Bhat.

In his address, Assem Gupta emphasized the importance of the 'Tridev'—a trio consisting of the Booth President, a woman activist, and a youth activist at the booth level. He highlighted that this trio is pivotal in ensuring the dissemination of party policies and public welfare schemes to every household within their respective booths. Gupta stated, "The Tridev will form the basic team of BJP at the grassroots level and will coordinate with senior party functionaries to implement the party's policies, programs, and public welfare schemes."

Chand Jee Bhat said that the Tridev are crucial for the party's successful functioning. He praised the Modi government's social welfare initiatives, such as the Ayushman Card, which has empowered the needy population of Jammu & Kashmir. He added, "Tridev has the duty to communicate to the people that only the BJP government is committed to developing Jammu & Kashmir and improving the socio-economic status of every section of the population."

Bhat said that by expressing confidence in the trio's ability to bridge the gap between the party and the people, thereby strengthening the bond of trust and cooperation. During the program Chand Jee Bhat held a productive interaction session with Mandal ,Booth ,Yuva Morcha and Mahila Morcha Presidents. During the meeting, the Presidents shared insights into the workings of their respective units, highlighting key achievements and challenges.  Bhat praised their efforts and encouraged continued dedication to strengthening grassroots organization.

Ajey Bharti emphasized the importance of reaching every household and ensuring that every voter converts their intention into an actual vote. He underscored the necessity of engaging with every voter at the grassroots level to strengthen the democratic process. In his speech, Bharti also criticized the previous governments, including the National Conference (NC), Congress, and the People's Democratic Party (PDP). He accused them of showing a step-motherly treatment towards Jammu and Kashmir, suggesting that these parties neglected the region's needs and failed to provide equitable development and opportunities. He emphasized that with the spirit of "Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Sabka Prayas," Jammu-Kashmir and Ladakh are now reaching new heights of progress. He added, "Today, these areas are providing more powerful and new dimensions to the spirit of 'Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.'"

Speaking on the occasion, Chetan Wanchoo elaborated on the concept of Tridev, highlighting the trio's vital role in the party's organizational structure. Wanchoo noted that this tridev is crucial for maintaining a strong grassroots presence and plays a pivotal role in mobilizing support and translating it into votes. He stressed that the Tridev are not just representatives but also the voice and face of the party at the local level, ensuring that the BJP's message and initiatives resonate with every individual in the community.

Vice President Anil Dhar and Chief Spokesperson and District Secretary Rahul Koul also spoke on the given topics. They reinforced the importance of effective communication and outreach by Tridev, highlighting their crucial role in the party's mission to connect with the people and serve the community.
