UDHAMPUR: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur, Saloni Rai conducted an on-spot inspection of the road renovation work here at Chopra ITBP. She reviewed the progress of patch work at the take-off point of a road constructed under the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
The DC directed the Executive Engineer PMGSY to ensure early completion of the patch work for smooth vehicular movement. She also instructed the Executive Engineer JPDCL to immediately shift the electricity poles, while the Executive Engineer Jal Shakti Department was asked to relocate the water supply pipes lying within the road alignment without delay. The DC emphasized the timely completion of all related works to improve road connectivity and facilitate hassle-free vehicular movement in the area.
