PULWAMA: Special Lok-Adalat for Cheque Bounce cases was organized in District Court Complex & other sub-ordinate courts of District Pulwama under the Chairmanship of Chairman District Legal Services Authority (Pr.District & Sessions Judge), Pulwama, Malik Shabir Ahmad and under the supervision of Secretary DLSA Pulwama, Mudasar Farooq.
During the Lok-Adalat, a total of 13 cases were taken up by 03 benches in the district out of which 05 cases were settled and an amount of Rs14.05 lakh was awarded as settlement amount.
