PULWAMA: J&K Police organised a Public Darbar at District Police Office Pulwama, which was presided over by SSP Pulwama, Ms. Tanushree-IPS, along with DySP Headquarters Pulwama, Shri Mohd. Nawaz Khandey-JKPS.
The event witnessed active participation from members of the Traders Federation Pulwama, Senior Citizens, President Bar Association Pulwama, Religious Scholars, Transport Association, President Fruit Association Pulwama, Youth representatives, and Media persons.
During the interaction, participants raised various issues concerning public welfare and policing. The SSP Pulwama gave a patient hearing to all the delegations and assured that genuine grievances would be redressed on priority. She emphasized the importance of maintaining close coordination between police and the public to strengthen peace and harmony in the district.
The participants appreciated the initiative of J&K Police for organizing the Public Darbar and providing a platform for direct communication between citizens and the police administration.
